Its almost time to blow that dust off your your PS3... 

Okay so this game isn't really retro or much of a throwback for that matter but I'm reviewing it anyways because i was recently playing it.  Plus its #KingdomHearts Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Developer: Square Enix  Platform: PSP (PS3 eventually via HD ReMIX) Released: January 9, 2010 (Japan) | September 7, 2010 (US)

As many of you may already know Disney and Square Enix is hosting a D23 event in Japan for the past few days. Some well most of the Highlights have been pertaining to the Kingdom Hearts Series. 

Well this was kind of expected but nice to see it finally confirmed. Kingdom Hearts HD II.5 ReMIX was announced at D23 in Japan.

It was a very big night yesterday for Sony but the game I wasn't expecting actually made an appearance.  Square Enix announced that Kingdom Hearts III is now in development. 

Okay so no matter what way you put it Kingdom Hearts will probably never be coherent until the series or at least the Xehanort saga has ended, but +GameTrailers   did an excellent job of making the wacky yet addictive story line a bit clearer for new, novice, and expert players and watchers alike... Square Enix has finally set it in stone. They will be releasing Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix for the PlayStation 3 this fall in North America as well as the UK (PAL Regions). The game will include Kingdom hearts in full HD using newer character models. Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories HD which was originally released on the Game Boy Advance game but then was redone on the PlayStation 2 with loads of extra content and fully voiced and animated cut-scenes. Finally the game will also include a theater mode for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days which was originally a Nintendo DS game. Square says that "Days" will be a HD Cinematic Story. I'm itching to get my hands on this but, I can hold off for a while being that my PS3 has seen better days...  Source: Square Enix
