Thoughts
Disney must be trying to create the next animated renaissance because they been on a serious roll over the past 10 years. They had blockbusters like Bolt 2008, Princess and the Frog 2009, Toy Story 3 2010, Tangled 2010, Wreck-It Ralph 2012, Frozen 2013, Big Hero 6 2014 and with the exception of Toy Story 3 (which was a Co-Production with Pixar) they were all produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. Its kinda hard for Disney to compete with the likes of what they did in the 90's but in all honestly if anyone can beat Disney its Disney...
Their next film up is Zootopia which kinda deviates away from their tradition musical goodness that is always a big hit for the company. I mean just look at Aladdin, The Lion King, Mulan, Tarzan, Brother Bear, and Frozen the list goes on and on... Not saying that because its not a musical it will do bad, because they had plenty of animations that did good without having to be a musical hence; most recent Big Hero 6. Since it doesn't seem to be a musical it will have to rely on other elements to support the story and animation, and I think it will have to rely on comedy. From the trailers I don't think that will be to much of an issue for it...
