No... Lightning isn't returning again but she is coming to the PC for the first time.
Square Enix Announced that the Final Fantasy XIII series will be coming to Windows PC starting this Fall. The first of the series will be available October 9th 2014 for $15.99 via Square Enix Store and Steam.
