T-Mobile is planning on pushing out its Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 3.6 to the Sensation 4G starting May 16, 2012 (The HTC Amaze is soon to follow) which is a little more than 2 months from when it was originally expected (Better late than never i guess).

Whats New:
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 3.6
- Ability to pull down notification bar and adjust volume from lockscreen (I don't really like this feature to be honest at least the notification bar part)
- Improved battery
- WiFi Hotspot was removed and you will be required to add it through your MyTmoblie account or you will have to call Customer Care. (This is by far the worst feature added to this update, it actually make me want to stay rooted. Chances are T-Mobile will be trying to charge you for using the Hot Spot feature now which is currently free.)

My Thoughts:
I've been waiting for this update since it was first announced way back in the beginning of the year but now I'm seriously considering to stay rooted. It appears that T-Mobile chose to delay the update to find out ways to filter out more money from their customers. I could be wrong but the way thing are worded in the press release, it seems that you are gonna be charged to use a feature that was previously free...
